About Us


Meetings: Second Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm

St Nicholas Church Hall, Elsfield Road, Marston, Oxford OX3 0PR

We are a friendly group who meet once a month to enjoy each other’s company, laugh and learn.

Each month there is an activity or a talk followed by cake, a raffle and chat.

Our talks and activities include diverse topics such as

local history
murder mystery literature
quizzes
flower arranging
keep fit and yoga
 first aid and hospital medicine
party food
arts and crafts
 
We enjoy craft afternoons, and social pub lunches, approximately once a month.

The first meeting is free and then we charge £5 for each of the second and third meetings, 
while you make up your mind about whether to join the WI.

We hope you will decide to join:

Annual membership (2024/25) is £48, which covers attendance at 12 meetings, 
and members receive the monthly ‘WI Life’ and ‘Oxfordshire Inspires’ magazines.
